Fun in March

This month, Liam celebrated his half-birthday. It is hard to believe that in six more months, he will be two! We had his check-up today to see how he is doing on his growth chart. He continues to stay in the 10th percentile in weight weighing in at a whopping 22 pounds. He is in the 50th percentile for length and  the same for head circumference. He is one healthy boy! He only had to get one shot, but he knew it was coming as soon as the nurse came into the room. He immediately started crying and as soon as she gave him his shot, he pointed to the door and said, "home." We couldn't get out of there quick enough!

Here are some pictures of our fun adventures in March. This month brought us a lot of rain so we were having to get creative in how we played!

Liam enjoying a Spokane Chiefs game.

Liam can now open doors all by himself! This has definitely made things more interesting!

Playing with Luna in her kennel.

This month we took a trip to Cat Tales. We had a blast looking at all of the animals there. Liam would growl and point to the animals as we walked by their cages. Liam also really enjoyed splashing in the mud puddles, as it has rained earlier that morning.

Me and Liam watching the tigers.

Liam and his daddy. (You can see the bear in the background.)

Liam playing with Oobleck! He loved the idea of letting it drip from his hands when it was in liquid form but also hitting it with a spoon when it was in its solid form.
Liam has been so interested in Josh's gaming headphones. He loves putting them on and talking into the microphone. He usually calls his papa, gamma, or mimi.

 Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Liam and I made paint with cornstarch, vinegar and food coloring. He and his best buddy Samuel really enjoyed painting pictures on the paper, the sidewalk and each other!

Walking in daddy's shoes!
This month, my good friend Beth had her baby girl Reese. Liam and I got to meet her a couple of days after they brought her home from the hospital. Liam wasn't sure what to think at first and was more excited about her two dogs that were outside and opening all of the doors in her house. However, once he started paying attention to her, he wanted to hold Reese and give her lots of loves.
